Why Hire a Macro Coach?

Anyone can be pushed through a workout for an hour, but true strength and willpower comes in the other 23 hours of your day when you are deciding exactly what foods you will eat to fuel your body. "Dieting" is usually the culprit when trying to reach your body composition goals. It can often leave you feeling confused and unsure of what to eat.
