Whether you choose to train in the comfort of your own home or in a local gym, this training option is in pdf form and is tailored entirely to the equipment you have available. I will develop a customized workout plan for you to follow that is designed to specifically help you achieve your goals. I will hold you accountable and we will communicate regularly. Progress photos, measurements, and weekly weigh-ins will assist me in making changes to your training program as necessary.
Enjoy the benefits of one-on-one training in a small group setting. Workouts are targeted toward the needs and goals of each individual client while also focusing on proper form. Every session is challenging and includes cardio, core, and weights. The muscle groups you'll work in each session will depend on how many days a week you train. Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase muscle, or train for a specific event, you will be pushed to reach goals you didn't think were possible. The dynamics of a small group setting which can include up to five women, are fun, motivating, and encouraging for everyone. All fitness levels welcome!
